Dear Florida Official,

We are excited to announce the launch of the USTA Officiating Department’s In-Person Pilot Workshops. These Workshops are designed to supplement the online level one courses. Based on the needs of each particular Section, Chair Umpire, Line Umpire, Roving Umpire and Referee Workshops will be scheduled.

The USTA will be hosting a Roving Pilot Workshop in the Florida Section on Saturday, August 19th  at the USTA National Campus in Orlando. The maximum number of participants for this Workshop is 20 and the spots are first come first serve.

If you are interested in attending this Workshop, please sign in to your USTA Officiating Online Learning Center account and click the tab “In-Person Workshops”. Locate the Workshop in the location and discipline above and click “Register”. Once you register, you will receive an email confirming your registration.  Please make sure you are fully certified and have obtained a Nucula account before registering.  Once registration closes, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment in the Workshop.

Please note that we will also be providing a 2nd  Roving Workshop this November in Weston.  I’ll be sure to keep you all posted on that.
